5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Significant preparation time goes into each session — chart casting, dasha analysis, and research — before the consultation even begins. Our refund terms reflect that reality:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before session — Free rescheduling
Cancel or request a reschedule at least 48 hours before your session, and you may reschedule at no charge. Your payment is held as credit toward the rescheduled session. No cash refund is issued.
Cancellation within 24 hours — No refund
Once pre-consultation research has commenced — typically around 24 hours before the session — no refund will be processed. The preparation work already done cannot be reversed.
Digital Products — Non-refundable
Gemstone reports, PDF guides, Numerology audits, and all other digital products are non-refundable. Information is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, so returns are not possible.
6. No Warranty Clause
